In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact ChaseCandleCompany@gmail.com to request a replacement. We ask that you include pictures in addition to your order number for a quick response.

All domestic orders will ship out within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority mail, with the exception of major holidays. Please see USPS website for a listing of holidays.

A tracking number will be sent to the email on file once Chase Candle Co. has fulfilled your order.

In the event of a natural disaster or inclement weather, we ask that you contact your local post office to open an investigation

Chase Candle Co. is not responsible for any packages that have been lost and or stolen once they are in possesion of the United States Post Office.

To extend the life of your candle on its first burn, let it burn for about 3-4 hours or until the wax is melted from corner to corner. If a candle is not burned right the first time, tunneling can ensue, along with wasted wax and fragrance.

Always make sure that the wick is centered and trimmed to 3/16" (4mm) after each burn.

Avoid drafts from open windows, ceiling fans, etc.

Keep wax free of dirt and debris.

For your safety, never burn a candle unattended.

Keep away from children and pets.

Burn on a heat resistant, level surface.

Allow candle to cool completely before handling.
